Who holds the data
Sept Seuils is kept by the person who answers at sav-bisnessfany@mail.grokbot.com. That is the address for a question about your data.
In Switzerland the federal data protection act applies. In the European Union, the general data protection regulation.
What stays on the device
These stay in this browser. They are not sent: the language, the path of the texts, the readings and the notebook, the centres already opened, the voice choice, the opening of the edition, and, if you are subscribed, the payment email and the check date.
What leaves
Reading does not ask for an account. Sept Seuils does not sell data and does not place an advertising tracker.
The voice is the phone’s or the computer’s. The app does not record the audio.
If you write to support, the message leaves through your mail, to the address above.
Waitlist addresses are kept in a management tool (Notion) and are used only to announce the full version. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time through this page.
Payment
The subscription costs 4,90 CHF / mois. It opens printing, sharing and installing.
The card is entered only on the Stripe page. Sept Seuils does not see the number and does not store it. Stripe receives the amount, the currency, and the state of the subscription.
You stop it by writing to the address above. The month already started stays open until its end date.
Signing up, with the email and the agreement, opens the app for seven days. The device keeps that date and that address. No card is asked for here. After these seven days, the subscription starts. The videos open only with the subscription. The payment email is checked. The device keeps whether the subscription is active and the check date, then checks again after seven days.
How long
Notes stay until you erase them, or until you clear this browser. The subscription lasts the month that was paid. If it is not renewed, it stops on the end date.
Your rights
You can take a file of everything on this device, and erase all of it. For a question, a correction or an objection: the address above.
An authority can be asked. In Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner. In the European Union, the authority of the country where you are.
Sept Seuils is a guide for reading the body, and for personal reflection. It is not a diagnosis, nor care, nor a treatment, and it does not replace a medical opinion. A sign that is strong, new, or worrying belongs with a clinician. In an emergency in Switzerland: 144.
